Welcome to Mind Adjusters. By accessing or using our website, programs, coaching services, digital products, or group sessions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Mind Adjusters (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides ADHD coaching, group coaching programs, digital downloads, educational courses, and related services (“Services”). These Services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website or Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old to participate in adult coaching or purchase Services.

  • A parent or legal guardian to enroll a minor in any youth or teen program.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Mind Adjusters provides:

  • ADHD coaching

  • Group coaching

  • Skill-building

  • Education

  • Tools to improve daily function and personal development

We do NOT diagnose, treat, or provide therapy.
Any information provided is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

You acknowledge you are responsible for your own decisions, results, and follow-through during and after coaching.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan.

  • Digital downloads, courses, and group coaching fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscription or membership cancellations end future billing but do not refund previous charges.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including PDFs, resources, videos, coaching materials, worksheets, and course content—is owned by Mind Adjusters.
You may NOT:

  • Copy, share, or distribute our materials

  • Resell or reproduce any content

  • Use materials for your own coaching or business

Personal use only.

6. Group Coaching Conduct

By joining a group program, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of other group members

  • Respect others’ privacy, boundaries, and contributions

  • Not harass, record, or disrupt sessions

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates conduct expectations, without refund.

7. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Internet connection

  • Audio/video equipment

  • Software needed to access digital materials or sessions

We are not responsible for technological failures on your end.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is collaborative. Results depend on your participation, consistency, and application of tools.
Mind Adjusters does not guarantee:

  • Specific outcomes

  • Behavior changes

  • Emotional results

  • Academic or workplace improvements

We provide support; you create results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Mind Adjusters is not liable for:

  • Emotional distress

  • Decisions you make as a result of coaching

  • Any actions taken based on educational content

  • Losses, damages, or injuries connected to your use of our Services

You agree to use our Services at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to Services for:

  • Non-payment

  • Violations of these terms

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct

  • Misuse of content

You remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Services means you accept the updated Terms.
